Please complete the form below if you or your child is interested in being a Jr. Coach for our Life Skills Sports Clinics. You must be 15+ years old to apply. If filling this out for your child, please have them answer the last question.

Jr. Coaches may take on different roles, pending the needs of the clinic. (Assisting another coach during drills, helping with time management, assist with organization and logistics during clinic, etc.) Do you agree?
